Welcome to Car Quick Rental! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Car Quick Rental.
• “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that rents a vehicle from the Company.
• “Vehicle” refers to any car, truck, or other vehicle rented through Car Quick Rental.

2. Eligibility

• Customers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Customers must provide a credit card for security and payment.

3. Reservations and Payments

• Reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking.
• Full payment is due at the time of rental.
• Any applicable discounts will be applied at checkout.

4. Rental Period

• The minimum rental period is 24 hours(1 Day).
• Late returns are subject to additional charges.

5. Insurance

• Renters are required to have insurance coverage. Customers may purchase additional insurance through Car Quick Rental.
• The Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the rental period.

6. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must not be driven outside the permitted areas.
• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-roading.
• Smoking and pets are prohibited in all rental vehicles, unless previously arranged.

8. Rental Policies & Geographic Restrictions

• Primary Use Area: All rentals are for use within the State of Illinois only. The vehicle must not be driven outside Illinois state lines under any circumstances.

• Local Focus: We serve Joliet, IL, and the surrounding Illinois areas. If you plan to travel more than 100 miles from our location, you must contact us for prior authorization.

• Unauthorized Out-of-State Use: Taking the vehicle out of Illinois without our express prior written permission is a strict violation of our rental agreement. In such an event:

• The rental agreement is immediately terminated.

• The renter is personally and fully liable for all costs associated with recovering the vehicle, including but not limited to towing, transportation, loss of use, and a $500 administrative fee.

• All insurance, damage waivers, or protections are voided.

• By proceeding with a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

8. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with fuel, and we ask that you return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. If the fuel level is lower than when you received the vehicle, the customer will be charged for refueling.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All reservations are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations once a vehicle has been reserved.

10. Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the rental period.
• Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.

11. Modifications

• The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Illinois state.
